Guadalupe Olvera Martinez is the Senior Associate at our law firm. Attorney Martinez graduated from Pomona College in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies. She served in California’s capitol as a Jesse M. Unruh fellow where she worked on legislative policy. Prior to attending law school, Attorney Martinez served as an immigration caseworker in the Los Angeles district office of Congressman Xavier Becerra. She graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 1998. Attorney Martinez is a member of the California State Bar and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has been with the Law Office of Alma Rosa Nieto since 2000.
