As of today March 20, 2020 our office will be closed as per CA Governor Newsom’s emergency order to close non essential businesses to help avoid the spread of COVID19. Please do not be alarmed in thinking that your case will be forgotten! Today our entire staff had an emergency meeting via ZOOM to best prepare for this emergency and keep track of all cases.

We will all be working remotely from home until the order is lifted. You may receive communication from our office via phone, text, email or FedEX. If you need to get documents to us please do so via email at:

Many scheduled appointments in Immigration Court, USCIS and US embassies abroad have been cancelled and WILL BE rescheduled- do NOT panic. I am confident extensions will be granted and late submittals allowed. To be up to date with changes in our field please follow me on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube as well as follow me on

I will be producing videos from home and sharing important links on all my social media channels to keep you informed and NOT to frighten anyone.

If you are reading this and are NOT our law firm client and need urgent immigration legal advice please feel free to request a private legal consultation via phone at (213) 250-2200 or at:

My staff will respond with availability and consultation fee. M-F 9am to 3pm PST. Once consultation is scheduled you will get a call from our private cell number, do not be alarmed remember we are working from home, not the office.

We are here to help you, even if from a distance and remotely in earnest effort to help you through these troubling times. We appreciate your understanding. Blessings to you and your family!
